How do I add another hospital or health system?

Tap "Overview", then the "+" on the "Log a symptom or a reading" card. Under "Connect", tap "Health Records via ID Check" to find records with a quick ID check, or "Health & Insurance Portals" to sign in to another hospital's or doctor's patient portal, such as MyChart. Repeat this for each place you get care. To see what's connected, tap your picture at the top of "Overview", then "Connected records".
