How do I connect my wearable?

Text CONNECT and tap "Connect" on the Wearables card (on plain SMS, open the Wearables link), then sign in to your device account, such as Fitbit, Garmin, Oura or Whoop. Apple Health and Google Health Connect only work through the Slothwise app; text APP to get it.
