How do I control daily insights?

Slothwise doesn't text insights on a schedule right now; text INSIGHTS whenever you want your latest ones. To turn off insight texts, text PAUSE, and RESUME turns them back on; reminders keep coming either way. Text STOP only if you want no texts from Slothwise at all.
