Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Enter your email or phone number to receive a 6-digit verification code. You can also sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook. After verifying, you'll complete your health profile with required info (name, date of birth, sex, height, weight, zip code) and optionally add health goals.
