Text DELETE to begin account deletion. You'll be asked to confirm before anything happens. Once confirmed, all your data is permanently deleted, including tracking history, health records, chat history, insights, connected devices, and uploaded files. This cannot be undone. You will need to redo onboarding and reconnect all your data sources to use Slothwise again. If you use the same phone number to sign into the Slothwise app, your text and app accounts are linked, so deleting via text deletes your data from both. If you just want to stop receiving messages without deleting your data, text STOP instead.
