How do I enable notifications?

When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. If you declined, go to your phone's Settings > Slothwise to enable them. Notification types include: health insights and reminders (batched at 8 AM), medication reminders (at your scheduled times), and data sync alerts when new records arrive from your healthcare providers.
