Tap the blood pressure shortcut on your home screen to open the blood pressure logger.
Enter your systolic value (60–250 mmHg) and diastolic value (40–150 mmHg). You can also enter your pulse (30–220 bpm), though it's optional.
For extra context, you can note which arm you used (left or right) and your position (sitting, standing, or lying down).
Add an optional note, pick a date and time, and save.
