Tap the mood shortcut on your home screen to open the mood logger.
Choose how you're feeling today: Awful, Bad, Meh, Good, or Great. Each one has its own emoji face so it's easy to pick at a glance.
After choosing a mood you can optionally tag what influenced it. There are 10 trigger options: Work, Exercise, Sleep, Family, Friends, Stress, Health, Weather, Hobby, and Relax. You can select as many as apply.
You can also add a note by typing or using voice input, just tap the microphone icon and speak. When you're done, pick a date (today, yesterday, or a custom date) and save. Slothwise uses this information, including your notes, to provide you with the best insights into your health.
