Text GRAPHS to see your available metrics. Then text "graph: [metric name]" to see a specific chart, like "graph: heart rate" or "graph: weight". You can also use the shortcut "g:" (e.g., "g: steps"). RCS users see chart images inline; SMS users receive them via MMS.
