How do I see what's already connected?

Text CONNECTED (or MY CONNECTIONS) to get a list of everything linked to your account, such as your wearable, health systems and Google Calendar. If nothing is linked yet, the reply says "No sources connected yet." Text RECORDS or CONNECT to add more.
