Text CONNECT, then tap the "🔗 View connections" button that appears (RCS). You'll see a list of all your connected sources by name: wearable providers (e.g., Oura, Fitbit), healthcare portals, and Google Calendar status. If nothing is connected yet, you'll see "No sources connected yet." SMS users can view connected sources in the Slothwise app. You can add new sources anytime by texting CONNECT again.
