There is no separate sign-up: your first text creates your account, and you can ask questions and log right away. To get answers based on your own records, text SETUP (or RECORDS) and tap "Connect now"; a secure page starts with a quick ID check. Text CONNECT to also link a wearable or Google Calendar.
