Text ONBOARD (or ONBOARDING, SETUP, or SET UP) to start. You'll be asked: (1) your name, (2) height, (3) weight, (4) date of birth, (5) sex at birth, (6) zip code, and optionally (7) health goals. You'll then be prompted to optionally connect Google Calendar, medical records, and wearables, opt in to daily insights, and pick a delivery time. RCS users see a setup card with a button to open a quick web form. SMS users answer the same questions by text, one at a time. Some features (quizzes, fortune cookies, fun facts, support) work right away, but most features require completing setup first.
