How do I stop or pause messages?

Text STOP to stop texts from Slothwise; UNSUBSCRIBE, UNSUB, QUIT, END and REVOKE do the same, except that QUIT and END only end a quiz while you are taking one. If you text Slothwise after that, it answers that message, but it won't text you on its own until you text START. Your account and data stay as they are.
