Tap the water drop shortcut on your home screen to open the hydration tracker. Slothwise offers 16 beverage types — water, sparkling water, coconut water, coffee, tea, energy drinks, juice, smoothie, milk, soda, sports drinks, protein shakes, beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits. Each beverage has a science-backed Beverage Hydration Index (BHI) ratio so your effective hydration is calculated accurately, for example, milk counts for more than plain water, while spirits count for less.
To log a drink, pick a beverage and use one of the quick-add buttons (8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz, or 24 oz) or drag the slider for a custom amount up to 99 oz.
Your daily goal is 64 oz (about 1,893 ml). When you hit it, you'll earn 15 Sloth points. The goal resets each day.
You can swipe left on any logged entry to delete it. To customize which beverages appear on your log screen, tap the pencil icon. Slothwise uses this information, including your notes, to provide you with the best insights into your health.
