Go to Actions > Medication Reminders and tap any medication. You can set frequency (daily, specific days of the week, or every X hours), choose reminder times (morning, noon, evening, bedtime - all customizable), and set duration (always, 7 days, 14 days, or custom end date). You'll receive push notifications at your scheduled times. Your time preferences are remembered for new medications.
