How do quizzes work?

Text QUIZ and pick one, or text the quiz name directly (e.g., SLEEP, CHRONOTYPE, STRESS, MOVEMENT). Each quiz has 5 questions with multiple-choice answers. RCS users tap answer buttons; SMS users type their answer (e.g., "Yes", "No", or the option text like "Under 5h"). At the end, you get a personalized animal result with tips and recommendations. Text CANCEL, QUIT, BACK, EXIT, or NEVERMIND at any time to leave a quiz. You can also use EXIT QUIZ, QUIT QUIZ, or CANCEL QUIZ. Note: do not text END to leave a quiz, as END fully unsubscribes you from Slothwise (same as STOP).
