You'll see three cards: Health Records ("I check your meds against FDA alerts, catch lab trends early, and flag anything that matters"), Wearables ("I learn what's normal for your body. When your sleep or activity shifts, I'll tell you why it matters"), and Google Calendar ("Your schedule affects your health. I'll factor in busy weeks, travel, and stress when I give you insights"). Each card has a tappable Connect button (RCS) or a text link (SMS). Connection links are signed with a 3-day expiry for security. You can also text GCAL or GOOGLE CALENDAR to go directly to Google Calendar setup.
