How does the CONNECT command work?

Text CONNECT (or LINK or SYNC) to get three options, Health Records, Wearables and Google Calendar, each with a "Connect" button (on plain SMS, a link for each). The links are private to you and expire after a few days, so text CONNECT again for fresh ones. Text CONNECTED to see what is already linked.
