Same account, same data. The app and text messaging (RCS/SMS) share your health data through your phone number. What's shared: tracking history, insights, connected devices, medical records, and subscription status. Some features are text-exclusive: quizzes and fortune cookies (text QUIZ or COOKIE). Others work through both text and the app's chat: fun facts, doctor summary PDF, and preventive care checklist. The app adds interactive features not available via text: Apple Health and Google Health Connect (platform restriction), interactive graph browsing, and structured health record viewing. You can use both simultaneously -- log food via text, view the graph in the app.
