What are daily insights and the daily summary?

Insights are short notes about changes in your own data, such as a new lab result or a shift in your sleep or activity. Text INSIGHTS to see your latest ones (SUMMARY and FOR YOU also work). Slothwise doesn't text insights or summaries on a schedule right now; for a summary of your day, just ask, for example "Give me a summary of my health today."
