What can I do from the Home screen?

The Home screen has four cards at the top: connect health providers, link wearables, upload files, or add integrations like Google Calendar. Below, your Daily Summary shows what's happening: tap to expand, give thumbs feedback, or Ask Sloth. Scroll down for Insights and Reminders: tap any to see citations and follow up, or swipe left to dismiss.
