What commands can I use?

Text MENU for buttons to the main features, or HELP for a short guide. Useful words: RECORDS (connect health records), CONNECT (records, wearables, Google Calendar), CONNECTED (what is linked), INSIGHTS, GRAPHS, DOCTOR (visit summary PDF), CHECKLIST, QUIZ, FUN, REMIND, SUBSCRIBE, SUPPORT, DELETE, and STOP or START. To log, just text what happened, or start with "log:", for example "log: 2 eggs for breakfast".
