When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personally identifiable information and anything that can be linked back to you: health records, chat history, insights, tracked vitals, connected devices, and any files you uploaded. This action cannot be undone. You'll need to verify your identity (via email/phone code or social login) before deletion completes. If you change your mind, you can create a new account, but your previous data will not be recoverable.
