Go to the Browse tab. Select All to see everything, or filter by body system using the icons in the top bar (ordered from head to toe: Brain, Heart, Lungs, Stomach, Urinary, Reproductive, Skin). On the All view you'll find Health Tracking, Labs & Reports, Medications, Allergies, Treatment History, and Records. You can also ask Slothwise to find specific records for you.
