Go to the Browse tab using the bottom navigation menu. You can view all your health information organized by body system. To view your uploaded records specifically, scroll down to the Records section at the bottom. Documents you generate through the Actions tab (like visit summaries) are also stored here. Note: Files shared in chat with Slothwise are analyzed but not permanently stored, which helps save storage space. Tap any record to view the full document.
