Why isn't my data showing up?

New records usually arrive within about 10 minutes of connecting, and wearable data shows up after your device app syncs to its own account, so open that app (for example Fitbit) once. Text CONNECTED to check what is linked. If something is still missing after an hour, text SUPPORT and tell us what you connected.
