First, make sure your wearable's companion app (Fitbit, Garmin Connect, etc.) has synced recently. Then check that your device is still connected in Home > Devices. If the connection shows an error, try disconnecting and reconnecting. For Apple Health, go to iPhone Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Slothwise and make sure all permissions are enabled.
